The four flow profiles—20um, 25um, Impulse and 30um—allow you to adapt extraction to different coffees, grind sizes and recipe styles. Slow-flow filters enhance structure and clarity, while faster ones produce sweeter, brighter cups and reduce brew time. For immersion brews, they maintain predictable steeping behavior; for machine brewers, they help achieve cleaner, more uniform extractions.
