Each device is unique! So the device for pour over “GEM” has its own specificity and of course dimensions. Anyone who has tried to use a filter with a 60° angle (V60), will have found that for this particular device a filter with a larger angle and expansion is needed. The dimension of the filters that we have designed exclusively for its cellular geometry, is aimed at the excellent contact that the walls of the device must maintain, with the filter, allowing the air to move smoothly throughout an extraction. With our filter and your favourite device you can enjoy a balanced- aromatic cup of coffee.
